How delivery works

    We check your address

    We ask which bandwidths can actually be provisioned at your location and how long it takes. You get a quote. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

  2. 02

    We order the line

    We pick the carrier and order in our own name. No second contract for you, and no second thread of correspondence.

  3. 03

    The box ships straight to you

    The box ships by parcel straight to you, no detour through a warehouse. That saves several days. Before it leaves, it is already hooked into our monitoring.

  4. 04

    Switching it on is enough

    On first boot the device calls home and collects its settings, including the Wi-Fi name you chose. There is nothing for you to configure. If the carrier needs to send someone out for the line, Ada arranges the appointment with you: you still have exactly one point of contact.

  5. 05

    One invoice

    One invoice for everything, under the order number you have had from the start.
