The short version: we ask for as little as possible, as late as possible. To tell you what is available at your address we need no name, no phone number and no email address — just the address itself. We ask for contact details only when you actually want to order.

Address entry
Postcode, town, street and number go to the carrier so availability can be checked. Without passing them on there is no answer. The suggestions while you type come from OpenStreetMap.
Ordering
We need the company name, service address and email address to carry out and invoice the order. The legal basis is performance of the contract.
Talking to Ada
What you write to Ada is passed to a language model so she can answer. So do not tell her anything you would not put in an ordinary email to us.
Fonts and third parties
The font files sit on our own server. Loading this page makes no request to Google or anyone else. There are no tracking pixels and no ad networks.
Retention and your rights
Addresses from a check that led to no order are not kept. Order data stays as long as commercial and tax law require. You can request access, correction and deletion at any time at the address in the imprint.
