Where does your order stand?

Give us your order number and the email address from the order, and we will take you straight to your order page. The link from your confirmation email still works too and gets you there in one step.

Order number You will find it on your order page and in the confirmation email. The running number on its own is enough for us.

Your email address We ask for it so that nobody can look into someone else's order with a guessed number.

The address of your order page contains a long random value. That is deliberate: it lets you in from your confirmation email with a single click, no account and no password needed. For the same reason, only share the link with people who are allowed to see the order.
